2023 Watson Run HOA Seasonal Lawn Care & Landscaping
In past seasons, homeowners have submitted requests to opt out of some or all of the lawn treatments, mowing and/or seasonal pruning of plants. If you previously opted out of services and still wish to do so, please complete the information by clicking on this link on the Watson Run HOA website (watsonrunhoa.com) on or before March 26, 2023, so that your preferences can be added or updated. We will once again use the red flag system for you to indicate that you do not want the bushes/plants in your front garden to be trimmed. Please use ONE red flag in your front beds to indicate that you are opting out of trimming – it is not necessary to mark every mulch bed or individual plants. If you have extra red flags that you no longer need, please return them to the bucket next to the fireplace in the lobby of the clubhouse so others who need them can get them. If you need to opt out of a service temporarily due to something going on in your yard, please email Woo-Cat so that change can be communicated well in advance of the scheduled service. Please note that Dooley-Pyne cannot accept requests for grass to be cut to a specific length. They use an industry standard of between 3 and 3 ¼ inches cut height throughout the community. The lawn mowing crews strive to do a good job and to avoid damaging property. On your scheduled mowing day, please make sure that there are no items left in your yard (hoses, sprinklers, gutter extensions, etc.) that could be damaged by the mowers. Those items should be moved out of the way and stored during mowing. If you have any questions or concerns about your lawn service, please email Woo Cat. Please do not stop the technicians to discuss your concerns or individual questions as this slows down service for everyone.
