2021 Fire Alarm Monitoring Meeting
Dear Watson Run Homeowners:
At our last meeting, the executive board discussed with homeowners the mandatory need for the Association to provide fire alarm monitoring to all homeowners. Yarnell Security is the Association’s chosen fire alarm monitoring vendor and Yarnell will start the fire alarm installation process beginning next Monday, January 11th -Friday, January 15th - weather and schedule dependent. Fire alarm monitoring through Yarnell is mandatory for all homeowners.
The executive board realizes homeowners still may have questions. That is why the executive board is inviting homeowners to a Zoom meeting this Thursday, January 7th at 4PM. The Zoom meeting WILL be video and audio recorded and the recording will be uploaded to the community website. We have to make you aware that you are being recorded so please do not log into the meeting if you do not consent to be recorded. Obviously, if you do not speak and/or you have your video off - you won’t be recorded.
***If you will NOT be home next week because you are in another state, please email: [email protected] and let us know if you are not able to have someone provide access to your home. Please notify us by 5PM on Thursday, January 7, 2020 if you will not be home next week and can not have someone let Yarnell in for the install.
We expect to have the install schedule from Yarnell by Thursday morning to review at the Zoom meeting.***
